Why Just 1 Week? More Truth....

A little more on "Meeting Day" Celebrations to start this post -- Here are my cute boys after singing "Happy Meeting Day"... Notice something funny about the cake? Yup. LM and I went to Gamma and Granddad Carl's first with the cake to enjoy a slice before Papa came home from work! So, he got ICCake 2x in one evening -- who dare say I am the food Nazi?? LOLHe's Been Pulling Open the Freezer Door Every Chance He Gets and Sings:
"Hap Meet Ay"
Cute kid, but no icecream cigar for each performance... I haven't gone that overboard :)

Here are some more photo gems of our truth, and our 46 week home together as a family... It may seem odd to "count" the weeks, but you'll see the fun of it all at the end of the year :)

Who Doesn't Love the Cute Guy with a Guitar?
I can see the girls at storytime swooning already.... LOL

We also got "our" boat into the water again this week for the season! Come on down and enjoy some rides with us anytime....
Infamous "Thumbs Up" Maneuver
Don't mind Ashton...he was, of course, busy looking at his feet...
trying to figure out how to get his thumbs up.

My Men. Sigh. So Cute! :)

UB -- Surf's Up! When are you taking me out?

Fishing seasons is also now upon us.... To kick off the season, some may find it funny to hear that we left our own personal fishing line extravaganza to head to a local stocked pond for their big "opening day"... Here are my fishermen in action...

"Where Da Fish?"

Sound fishing advise being exchanged between father and son, no doubt.
That or checking out the cute girls hanging out on the dock.
I've learned that, with conversations between my boys, sometimes it's just better off not to ask :)

WINNER!!!

Still haven't seen enough evidence of our truth???
Check out this...

Meeting day...
More Meeting Day...
He sucked in his lower lip so much and his jaw was so recessed... I wondered w/ his high palate if he had any oral-facial stuff going on that we'd figure out when we got hom...

What did we find out upon home...??? after a few months home, we realized: Hey, his jaw is now even... It was stress.. He sucked his lip in, and clenched his jaw...Clearly, you can see, he is just fine...
Home 46 Weeks Close Up...

"It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere" Home 46 Weeks... and...

We are so fortunate and love living the truth every single day... LM is one remarkable little boy...
Thank you to everyone in Russia for sharing this gift with us --- please know our hearts couldn't be happier... hope our LM feels the same... And pray for the fortitude and understanding of those experts and officials from both our countries as they meet... Thank you very much to the delegation committees from both countries -- we know you'll do your best!! and find ways to continue to allow the adoption of children from Russia... because we know families and children are waiting for each other... and one of those children is our son's future sibling...

Wow, what a difference the lack of stress has made for LM! He is such a handsome little guy! He has certainly brought laughter & joy to your lives, as evidenced by the huge smiles you continue to wear in your photos. UP would love that pic of him with the guitar, too, not to mention the fishing. Love, AN

The difference in his face, his eyes, his brightness is amazing. So wonderful to see the progression. Bummed Jeff and LM got lost tonight coming to hockey--men--do they ever stop and ask for directions? :o) Next time!!

So he is playing the guitar, can I hire him for our next party?
